Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of CLEARFi Intelligence™. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CLEARFi Intelligence™ ("the Service"), operated by CLEARFi Labs™ ("CLEARFi", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

CLEARFi Intelligence™ is a digital asset intelligence platform providing research, scoring, and analytical tools covering yield protocols and digital asset projects, including but not limited to the CLEARFi Risk Score™, Yield Quality Score™, Opportunity Score™, CLEARFi Project Health Score™, Conviction Score™, portfolio construction tools, and an AI-powered research assistant.

The Service is offered on a Free tier and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Elite) as well as custom Enterprise arrangements, each with different feature access as described on our pricing page.

3. Not Financial Advice

CLEARFi Intelligence™ provides educational research and analytical intelligence only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or a financial promotion under the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or any equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

CLEARFi Labs™ is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction. Our scores, ratings, and AI-generated content reflect analytical methodology applied to available data — they are not predictions of future performance and should never be the sole basis for a financial decision.

You are solely responsible for your own investment and financial decisions. Always conduct independent research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial adviser before making any decision involving digital assets or any other financial instrument.

4. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@clearfilabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or subscription tiers.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, in the currency and at the price displayed at checkout.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers before the change takes effect for their account.
  • Enterprise pricing and terms are agreed individually and governed by a separate signed agreement where applicable, which takes precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal interactive use
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute CLEARFi's scores, ratings, or AI-generated content as your own product without written permission
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription tier restrictions or usage limits
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering
  • Introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, or otherwise compromise the security of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

CLEARFi Intelligence™, the CLEARFi Risk Score™, Yield Quality Score™, Opportunity Score™, CLEARFi Project Health Score™, Conviction Score™, all named Indices™, and all associated methodology, branding, and platform design are the property of CLEARFi Labs™ and are protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes — it does not grant ownership of any underlying methodology, code, or content.

Any portfolio configurations, watchlists, or notes you create within the Service remain accessible to you, but the underlying platform and scoring infrastructure remain CLEARFi's property.

8. AI-Generated Content

The AI Research Analyst™ feature uses artificial intelligence to generate research summaries and analysis. AI-generated content may contain errors, may not reflect the most current market conditions, and should be independently verified. AI outputs are provided "as is" and are subject to the same "not financial advice" disclaimer set out in Section 3.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and data will be accurate, complete, or current at all times. Digital asset markets are highly volatile; past scoring or performance data does not predict future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEARFi Labs™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or financial loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any financial decision made in reliance on information provided by the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 if you are a Free tier user.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
